We can now accept payments through PayPal.  Registration is free and it is a safe and secure method of paying with your credit card or bank account right on the web.  Use the "Add to Cart" buttons and PayPal will guide you through your order process.

You may also send your order and payment through the mail.  Please take note of the item description, code # and price, the sizes and colors available, all information you will need to send to us.  Simply print out the order form, complete it manually, and send it to us via "snail-mail" at the address below.  To send your order via email, please send the same info requested on the order form by e-mail to citajnm@aol.com. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

PayPal orders can be processed electronically over the internet.  Mail and email orders must send the payment (check or money order) by snail mail. Often, the name on an order form or e-mail message is different than the name on the check, therefore, be sure to indicate the name that will be on the check so that we can match it to your order. Orders cannot be filled until payment is received.
